Box Office Policies
Exchanges: Subscribers only may exchange any ticket for any performance
with a $1 charge and the difference in cost of the ticket.
Processing Fees: $2 per ticket, maximum of $8 per order.
Refunds: Sorry, no refunds.
Senior and Youth Discounts: Seniors ages 62-and-older receive $2 off adult ticket price; youth 17-and-under receive up to 70% off adult ticket price.
Children: Children five years of age and older are welcome at all performances with a purchased ticket. Children under five years of age are welcome at performances designated for the "whole family", however, no babes-in-arms please.
Group Discounts: To qualify for group rates, all tickets must be purchased at one time, by one person, using a single payment method: cash, check or credit card. Group discounts are subject to availability.
Groups 10-19: $3.00 off each ticket
Groups 20 and over: $3.00 off each ticket and one complimentary ticket for the group coordinator.
Special Needs: Please tell the Box Office staff of any special needs at the time of purchase.
Lost and Found: Call the administrative office (425.275.4485) about lost items.
