POSITION: PRODUCTION MANAGER
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Seasonal (10-Months), Full Time, Exempt
SALARY & BENEFITS: Salary $2666- -$2916 per month (for 10 months), DOQ,
plus Medical and Dental Benefits
REPORTS TO: Operations Manager
SUPERVISES: All Technical Theatre Staff and Interns
JOB SUMMARY:
Serving as a key staff member in the operation of a 700 seat regional performing arts facility in downtown Edmonds, the Production Manager will oversee and/or facilitate all technical theatre functions and support for ECA presented artists and renters. The PM will work in conjunction with the Operations Manager to plan and schedule daily operation of the theatre, schedule and supervise stage labor as needed for events and supervise events as needed. POSITION: EVENT LEAD
CLOSES: Wednesday, August 25, 2010 @ 5:00 p.m.
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Part-Time Hourly
SALARY & BENEFITS: $10.00 – $12.00 per hour
REPORTS TO: Patron Services Manager
SUPERVISES: Front-of-House and Concessions Staff, and Volunteers
JOB SUMMARY:
Edmonds Center for the Arts Event Leads are responsible for providing the center’s audience members and clients with superior customer service. Event Leads are responsible for overseeing concessions, bar, and merchandise sales. The development and training of volunteer ushers and concessionaires is also an essential component of this position. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential and required. A friendly, positive, and helpful attitude toward staff, volunteers and audience members is critical to this position. POSITION: FACILITIES ASSISTANT

COMPENSATION: Hourly Rate: $10-$12 per hour, DOE
REPORTS TO: Operations Manager
JOB SUMMARY:
The Facilities Assistant prepares, monitors and beaks down events at Edmonds Center for the Arts, including meeting, athletic and performing arts events.
